Anne Marie Duff

Anne-Marie Duff (born in England) is an English actor and narration. Following her graduation from Drama Centre London Duff made television appearances on Trial & Retribution Amongst Women and Aristocrats during the latter half of the 1990s. Anne-Marie Duff, a British actress, was born in Chiswick on October 8, 1970. Anne-Marie Duff was born on the 8th of October, 1970. She's an English screen and stage actress. Her first major role in the screen was Fiona Gallagher from the UK show Shameless' first two season. The Virgin Queen (2006) followed, with her playing Queen Elizabeth. The television series From Darkness (2013) also had her playing the protagonist. Duff played roles in films such as Enigma 2001 The Magdalene Sisters French Film 2008. The Last Station Nowhere Boy Before I go to sleep (2015) as well as Suffragette. Duff was nominated to win BAFTA awards for Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress as well as Best Actress in Shameless The Virgin Queen. In addition to this she won the BAFTA Cymru Award in Best Actress in 2007 for the TV movie The History of Mr Polly. Anne-Marie Duff excels as an English award-winning actress. Her professional career has seen her appear on radio, television and theater equally well. Her fame was largely due to her roles as Fiona Gallagher on the British comedy drama show Shameless and as The Queen Elizabeth as Queen Elizabeth in The Virgin Queen. Anne-Marie is also an outstanding theatre actor with over two decades of on-stage performances that include extensive work with The Royal National Theatre.
